Delegate Packages

To make planning an event as easy as possible our delegate packages bring together all the event facitilies and features you need to ensure success. Choose from one day, overnight or executive packages. If you have any more specific request our conference team will be more than happy to help. 

 

  • One Day Package

    Our One day package includes:

    • Meeting room hire (8 hours) with free WiFi Coffee/tea and homemade biscuits on arrival
    • Mid-morning coffee/tea and homemade biscuits
    • Two course cold buffet lunch served within the conference room
    • Coffee/tea and afternoon cakes
    • LCD projector and screen
    • Flipchart holder, pads & delegate pads & pens
    • Mints, cordials, free cold-filtered water
    • Dedicated conference co-ordinator ensuring your meeting runs smoothly
    • Free car parking

  • Executive Package

    Our Executive Package includes:

    • Meeting room hire (8 hours) with free WiFi
    • Coffee/tea and bacon sandwiches (vegetarian option available)
    • Fruit platter & fruit juices
    • Mid-morning coffee/tea and homemade biscuits
    • Two course lunch served in our Orangery Restaurant
    • Coffee/tea and afternoon cakes
    • LCD projector and screen
    • Flipchart holder, pads & delegate pads & pens
    • Mints, cordials, free cold-filtered water
    • Dedicated conference co-ordinator ensuring your meeting runs smoothly
    • Free car parking

  • Overnight Package

    In addition to our Day and Executive packages, our Overnight package includes:

    • 3 Course dinner served in our 2AA Rosette Restaurant
    • Overnight accommodation in double/twin room for single occupancy
    • Full English and continental breakfast served in our Orangery Restaurant

Room Hire

Each of our meeting rooms can be hired separately. If your meeting does not require a delegate package and you are simply interested in hiring the room, please contact our conference team for room hire rates.

If you’re working to a tight schedule, we can deliver a working lunch straight to your meeting room.
