On 29th January 2013 The Swan will be holding a Game and Red Wine Pairing Evening. Our Game of Reds menu will see us matching game terrine with Beaujolais, rabbit stew with Avanti Shiraz Malbec, duck with Pirie South Pinot Noir and more.
