Thank you for feeding them in such style in the Restaurant, for giving us access to the beautiful surroundings of the Moat House and to the ladies in the offices for the clothes they sent for the children.
We had a wonderful day with the boat ride and then the feast. The children were amazed by the style of the hotel. It was certainly one of the high lights of the visit. They have now returned to Minsk and hopefully we sent them home stonger. We felt we could see an improvement in their complexions, roses on their cheeks and to their stamina. We were extremely impressed by the organisation and the reception we received. The conservatory where we had our lunch looked absolutely beautiful and the lunch itself was quite excellent. Most particularly, all your staff were welcoming, cheerful and very helpful.
None of our members have found fault with any aspect of our visit the The Moat House. Indeed, I have been asked to include a return visit to the Moat House even if we are holidaying in East Anglia!

"Just thought I would drop a note to let you know how very impressed the 3663 Board were with the service and facilities at The Moat House last week.
The venue was perfect for our meeting - the meeting room was just right and unlike so many other venues, had windows onto your lovely gardens. Its so nice to be able to see outside and to get fresh air when you are closeted away for a few days. The catering was perfect and everyone commented on the very original menus. We all thoroughly enjoyed the coffee/tea and homemade biscuits in the breaks.
Above all, your staff were very polite, friendly and helpful without being intrusive"
