Our Meeting Rooms - Wifi now available throughout the hotel at no extra charge

Whatever the activity, however many people, our range of 9 highly specified meeting rooms and 3 delegate packages will make any event a success.

With such flexibility, you may want a little help choosing the combination that is right for you. Our Conference Manager, Chris Irwin, will lend a hand. She will be more than happy to discuss your individual requirements, check availability and take your booking.

One to Ones

If you are looking for an off-site venue for a one to one meeting, perhaps with a colleague or client, we've a number of options.

The peace and calm found in our smaller rooms is a perfect environment for a private meeting. You can even order refreshments while you work.

Alternatively, when available, the Acton Lobby is a great place for a relaxing conversation. Or, if it's lunch time, why not hold your meeting in our oak beamed lounge bar or book a table in our award-winning Conservatory Restaurant. That way you can satisfy your appetite while you meet.

The Acton Suite

The spacious and self contained Acton Suite is perfect for any large corporate event. With its own lobby, separate entrance, private bar, cloakroom and toilets, it is a versatile space that can accommodate any number of uses.

And when the weather permits, you can make the most of the suite's own patio with its delightful view over the Staffordshire and Worcestershire canal.

The Colin Lewis Suite

With its exposed oak beams and an inglenook fireplace, the Colin Lewis Suite oozes medieval character and charm. Its memorable, tranquil splendour is a perfect environment in which to work, entertain or dine.

It can seat up to 65 delegates for a conference theatre style and 55 people for a meal and has the added benefit of its own private bar.

The Chase Suite

The most recent addition to our suite of conference and meeting rooms, The Chase is equipped with the very latest state of the art technology to facilitate the delivery of your meeting's aims and objectives. The Chase also has its own entrance, refreshment and courtyard break-out areas.

The Chase can accommodate up to 60 delegates theatre-style and 26 delegates boardroom-style.

The Teddesley Suite, Brocton Suite, Bednall Suite and Milford Suite

The need for a smaller room can often arise, especially during a large conference; a syndicate room that can be used for training or breakout sessions. These four rooms have been designed and built to meet this need.

Fitted with everything you could need, it includes:

Blackout facility
Air conditioning
The Library

Ideal ground floor meeting room - comfortable surroundings with its own patio beside the Staffordshire Worcestershire Canal.

The Pavilion

Situated on the water's edge, The Pavilion is the perfect setting for smaller meetings where distractions, apart perhaps from the beauty of the setting, or the occasional gliding by of a resident swan, can be kept to a minimum.

With room for 30 people theatre-style, or 10 boardroom-style, the Pavilion is remarkably versatile.
