  • A no obligation provisional booking will be held for 14 days
  • Confirmation of your booking should be made with a non-refundable deposit of £1000.00
  • We advise that you take out Event Insurance for your wedding; details are available from your wedding co-ordinator
  • A second non-refundable deposit of £1,500.00 is due by the 15th January of the year of your wedding
  • Wedding postponements will be treated as cancellations
  • Your final wedding balance should be settled 14 days prior to your wedding day
  • Your booking is subject to our full terms and conditions
  • Wheelchair access to some of our facilities is restricted owing to the historic and listed nature of the property
  • Smoking is not permitted within the building
  • We operate a Challenge 21 policy and support the licensing principles of the Licensing Act 2003
  • It is our policy not to use genetically modified products. All our food is, where possible, sourced from local producers and suppliers. Some dishes may contain nut products
  • Please endeavour to inform us as soon as possible of any vegetarian and/or special dietary requirements
